When do new prints come out?

We drop new prints every week, sometimes every other week. Drops happen at 12:00 pm CT on Friday and end at 10:00 am CT the following Friday. The prints for the week are announced each Monday before the drop happens.





Print, style, and product suggestions can be made in our VIP group on Facebook. We value your feedback and try to accomodate our customers' requests as often as we can.

Colors will almost always vary slightly from what you see on your screen vs. your real life product, but should be very similar. Slight size variations are normal as well, as our products are sewn by real people. Pattern scaling can vary depending on the product type. We try our best to keep an exceptional level of consistency and quality despite these minor variations. If you ever have any concerns, please send us an email.

We now offer e-giftcards! These make a great gift for anyone in your life who loves bamboo, or for those who are new and want to shop! Click the 'Gift Cards' link at the bottom of the website to purchase. We do not have a lotalty program at this time but it is in the works.

Join our VIP Facebook group to be one of the first to know about special coupon codes. Our VIP members have access to codes that are not available to anyone else. Occasionally, we will run a sale or offer a coupon code to the public, but the VIP group is your best bet!





Aside from the fact that it is likely one of the softest fabrics you'll ever touch, bamboo is naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial. It is also super breathable, making it a great choice for sensitive skin and year-round use. It's sustainable, stretchy, and can often be worn for a longer time than most other fabrics. With proper care, your bamboo will stay soft and vibrant through many, many wears.





Each brand will have slightly different recommendations on how to wash bamboo fabric. At the very least, you should be washing your bamboo separately from other fabrics, inside out, in cold water with a low spin speed. We like to recommend using a color catcher and a mesh laundry bag as well. A gentle detergent, such as Attitude laundry detergent, is best. This brand also makes a great stain removal spray that is safe to use. All stains should be treated and washed right away to avoid mold from growing on the material and to ensure the stains come clean. Your bamboo items should be hung to dry or tumble dried on a very low setting. It may seem like a lot at first but dedicate a certain day and time for your bamboo and caring for it will become second nature!





Please refer to our sizing guide page. Bamboo clothing should be worn snug and close to the body but not so tight that it doesn't fit. When it doubt, it doesn't hurt to order a larger size to give a little room to grow!

How do preorders work?

New bamboo prints drop every other Friday. You will have two weeks to decide what you would like and to place your order before the preorder period ends. Preorder items do not ship right away and each listing will have a shipping estimate in the description. Currently, we expect most items to ship within six weeks from preorder end date. We recommend sizing up if your little one is growing quickly as we are not able to modify orders once they have been placed and cannot exchange items for another size. We are also not able to merge orders or refund shipping costs for multiple orders. Any RTS (ready to ship) items in your cart at the time of your preorder purchase will be shipped with the preorder. If you'd like to receive your RTS items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those. If you have any questions about the preorder process, please reach out to customer service.





We do not currently ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Ready to ship orders that are placed separately from preorder items will usually ship within 3 business days. After that, allow for a few additional business days for delivery. Contact your local post office for issues with lost or stolen orders and failed deliveries.





Our selection of RTS items is ever-changing. We may decide to restock popular items but we cannot make any guarantees. Some items are preorder leftovers or limited-edition items or prints. We recommend checking back often and grabbing what you like while you can, just in case we do not decide to restock an item.

What if I forget my coupon code?

We are not able to honor forgotten coupon codes after the order has been placed. Always double check that your code has been entered and applied properly before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for any website glitching resulting in the loss of your coupon code.





We do not accept order modifications or cancelations at this time.

Every item is thoroughly inspected more than once before shipment but we highly recommend looking them over upon arrival. If there are any defects or problems with your order, please reach out to support@staysweetbabyco.com within 3 days of delivery. If the item is defective due to an issue on our end, we are usually able to send a refund after we receive the item back. Replacements and exchanges cannot be guaranteed. When returning an item, it must arrive unworn, with the original tags still attached. The return must be completed within 2 weeks from the delivery date. We reserve the right to deny a return request for any reason. We do not accept returns or exchanges for accidental orders or order mistakes made on the customer's behalf.





We usually do not accept exchanges. If your product is defective, there's a small chance that we will have that same product in stock and can complete and exchange, but that isn't always the case. Many of our items are limited print and may sell too quickly to guarantee and exchange. In most cases when a return is accepted, we will offer a refund or store credit.
